Shipping Policy

At DAARJI Nutrition, we ship all orders from our production facility in Ludhiana, Punjab, via courier.

Shipping Schedule

Orders are shipped Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.
Shipping hours: 10 AM to 6 PM.

Delivery Process

Some courier partners may require an OTP (One-Time Password) to complete the delivery.
The OTP will be sent to the phone number provided during checkout, and it must be shared with the delivery partner upon receipt.

Liability

DAARJI Nutrition is not liable for any damage to the products after delivery.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Before Shipping If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, you can cancel it by contacting us at daarjinutrition@gmail.com. Unshipped prepaid orders will be refunded as a credit note within 4-5 business days from the time the credit note request is processed.

Cancellation After Shipping

Once your order has been shipped or dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. We follow a no-refund policy: refunds will not be issued once the product is delivered. Order Placement & Shipment Process Once an order is placed on our website, it is immediately forwarded to our logistics partners for shipment. This streamlined process ensures efficient delivery, but it also means orders cannot be cancelled after they’ve been placed. However, in rare cases, such as a manufacturing error, please contact us at daarjinutrition@gmail.com for assistance. International Orders & Shipments Exchanges and returns are not available for international shipments. If the items you receive are damaged or defective, contact us at daarjinutrition@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery, and our representative will assist you further.
