Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from the day you receive your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return:

The item must be in the same condition you received it: unopened, unused, and in its original packaging. You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send the package. Please note that returns without prior approval will not be accepted. Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if:

Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange an item is to:
Return the original item by following the return process.
Place a separate order for the new item after your return is accepted.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you if the refund is approved.
If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
